Vision & Will

In my experience, there are but two prerequisites to getting something done: a vision of what it will look like when accomplished, and the will to keep at it until you've gotten there. Everything else is icing.

Tools, skills and knowledge are handy, but they can be picked up as you go. Without them things may go slowly, but without vision and will you've failed before you've started.
