What about failure?

Failures and mistakes are part of life. The question is, what are you going to do about it? You either try to avoid failure, or you learn how to recover from it. The difference is that avoidance paralyzes you into an action, whereas failure recovery keeps you moving, ever more nimble with each new experience.

Absolutely. The failure of our economy is also a tremendous opportunity to recover stronger. A metaphor I like: walking is falling forward and recovering repeatedly. Failing + recovering = moving forward.
Right, like it's not possible to make progress without first losing your balance. I like it. Nice of our bodies to provide us with this metaphor...
